If you’re not receiving emails from Protech (including password reset emails), your email provider may be blocking or filtering them.
What to do
- Add support@protech-associates.zendesk.com and customercare@protechassociates.com to your contacts or safe sender list
- Check your Spam or Junk folder, even after adding these addresses
- If you find the email in spam, mark it as “Not Spam” to improve future delivery
Some email providers have aggressive filtering, so emails may still be routed to spam initially.
